The idea is to allow you to share digital images with friends and family with minimal effort.

One of the biggest changes in CS6 is the multiscreen preview. This lets you view a lot of changes in comparison at once. This is typically helpful when you want to double-check your selections a second time. I haven’t noticed it to be overly useful in some cases, but it’s an improvement over the old method.

The Magic Wand tool is a must-have for any graphic designer. It looks for shapes and automatically selects them. It works best on large areas, but you can click on “Intersect with selection”to limit the tool to a single object. Easier to use than the selection tool, if you’re working with large images.

Blending Modes: In Photoshop, there are nine different blending modes that can be used to combine two images or layers. Using these modes can provide some fun and interesting effects. Mixing two images together makes the darker, on-screen image brighter and the lighter image darker. The Hue/Saturation tool combines both the image’s color and lightness. The Gradient tool gives you the ability to create a gradient fill across an image or a fill for a selected area.

Photoshop Camera allows you to quickly and easily change vertical and horizontal framing for both camera phones and DSLR cameras.
